Just got a copy of Johnny Hiland's new CD, "All Fired Up" on Shrapnel Records. This is Johnny at his electric country guitar best with some jazz, blues, and rock thrown in - sort of a mix of Albert Lee, Forrest Lee, Scotty Anderson, and Danny Gatton. Looks like he's playing an Ernie Ball Music Man Silhouette now. No pedal steel but loads of chickin pickin, pedal steel bends, Johnny's trademark smokin hot runs, and twang. How can you go wrong with instrumentals titled "Barnyard Breakdown", "Bakersfield Bound", "Six String Swing", "Double Stoppin'" and "Bluesberry Jam"? 10 instrumentals and 2 vocal tracks. Great listen for the electric guitar pickers on the forum. Enjoy! -Jeff
