Anyone have arrangements of them in C6 non pedal steel? I try to arrange some blues and jazz tune in C6 for the local jam session.

Thanks

I don't have an arrangement worked out on Georgia, but I played through it a bunch of times.

I have done some block chord arrangements with tab on my blog (just a few). Here are some links:

There might be a few others in there somewhere. Oh yeah, All The Things You Are, if you can find it.

You can learn a little about how to approach chord melody playing from checking these out and then maybe come up with your own arrangements.

Over the years I had heard the question: Was this song about a Girl named Georgia, or about the State of Georgia ? It seems the Lyrics could be for either one !

Recorded about a year ago by me, two versions with The Orange County Project, on electro-acoustic steel guitar, Peter Carroll on saxophone. Versions have slightly different mixes between sax and steel.
