Mike Johnson was the steel guitarist on the CD.

Which cd? If you are referring to the one with the duet "Staying Together" on it then the cd is "A Taste Of The Truth" and Mike is on three cuts and the remainder the great Sonny Garrish (not that Mike isn't great as well).
