This is going to be a great show! Last year's show was great too but, this one's going to be even better. Mark your calenders and make plans to be there.
Also, If you want to attend the seminar on Friday you need to email Steve for the info. I hope to have a good turn-out for the class.
I want to start your weekend off on a good note.
Steve is going the extra mile to put on a great show so, let's support his efforts. I know that all who attended the 2003 show had a great time and 2004 will be even better.
I hope to see all of you there.

Steve and Mike,
I've still got a hole in my neck, and carry an IV with me 24/7, but by show time ..I should be ready. I've been" back in the sadle" so to speak..trying to play my 24 sring monster. It's like starting all over...Maybe this time I can get it right. But I'll be there to help out with anything that you want me to do..Sign me up for the Friday seminar too! Mike IS A PRO as well as an excelent Instructer!!!..It don't get much better.
Let me add to all the formites. What a beter place for a steel jam.. The "Home of Country Music". It ALL started Here..in Appalachia". The Bristol Holiday Inn is a Class hotel. The rooms are big and Clean. The Hotel is surrounded by great restaurants. The down town and "Birthplace of Counrty Music Parvk " is just minuts from the Hotel The hotel is located at just about the Virginia/Tennessee boarder. Carter Fold...the historical home of Jimmie, Mother Maybel, June and all of the other Catrter who brought the country and Mountain music to the rest of the world.
Last years' Bristol Jam brought 2 SG Hall of Famers'5 Nashville pickers, Some fantastic singers, and a backup band that woulf rival any band anywhere. The Show/Jam went smooth as silk with the management and scheduling by Msr Steve Lenord and his official and unofficial helpers. The Second Anual Bristol Steel Guitar Jam/ Show is shapping up to be even better. Get you're reservations Now!

I'm in Steve. I wouldn't miss this jam for all the tea in China brother. If it were half as good as last year it would be a great show but anyone who knows what's going on will tell ya that it's going to be better than twice as good as last year. If you don't leave this jam totally satisfied that you just enjoyed a super weekend...friends check your pulse...cause you gotta be dead . Steve puts on a professional show and everything runs on schedule. Lots of "Steel Stars" and lots of vendors so you can get all the things you need and a lot of things your just plain want. Like Bob said...you can't ask for nicer accomodations and there's good food all around you. Mark this down as an event you just don't want to miss.

Ooooooooh . . . I wanna go to this one!! I missed last year. (I sure hope the State Fair Horse Shows aren't that same week this year.) Nonetheless, I'm going to mark it on my calendar and see what I can do.

Hey Gang, Thanks for all the kind words and support. I am looking forward to seeing all of you at the show this year. We had a lot of
great pickers last year and several more have
expressed interest in coming this year. It's going to be great. Russ, you can come to the show but, you've got to bring your own singer!

Steve,
Count me in. Last year's show was a blast. Looke like I'll be able to hear two of my favorites this time, Mike Sweeney and Russ Hicks. Russ and Lani did the SGHOF show with us in Florida a couple of weeks ago. That was the first time I had heard Russ, and I was almost asphixiated by the smoke from that steel of his. Save me a spot on Saturday if possible. I'm cutting an album of sreel guitar instrumentals in March. Mike's wife Teresa is producing them for me, and I'll have them available at the Bristol show.
