Just a quick word about this guy and his company, I just wish everyone ran their outfit like he does.

Ordered a new cover a week or so ago, ran into a fitment issue and called the company.

The man himself answered, apologized for the problem, sent a new cover, arranged for the return of the cover that was originally sent, all within a few days, and he was also kind enough to send me a new D2F T-Shirt! His efforts toward customer satisfaction were over the top!

The cover is absolutely dripping with quality and fits like a glove!

If you want a great looking, high quality, padded cover to protect your steel guitar I highly recommend these!

Thought maybe you all would like to know.

I have purchased several of these covers and for one had a problem of it being too tight. Tom sent one immediately, no questions asked. Now that is service. steve t

Yes, Tom has a wonderful product and an old fashioned dedication to making customers happy. And it works! I have three of his covers and he has been such a pleasure to deal with that I wouldn't even consider buying any other brand of cover.

I have one for my pak-a-seat and my NV 400 (already had a different cover for my steel). Great quality. Only had one problem. I was getting ready to set up for a gig, and the zipper on the pak-a-seat cover jammed and would not open. Luckily, it was at a bar attached to a restaurant and I borrowed a steak knife to cut the cover open. Tom sent out a new cover, no questions asked. Top notch service and quality, for sure.
