I don't know much about Mullen, but I thought I saw where they were using the wide mount pickups on the new model, not the narrow mount like is in the one on e-bay. |

Not a G2. Look at the changer and cross shafts with center brace. And the biggest give away is NO G2 STICKER _________________ JCH D10, 71 D10 P/p fat back, Telonics TCA 500C--12-,Fender JBL Twin, Josh Swift signature.

You're right Jack, it not only has a narrow mount pickup but it also has straight crosshafts and a center support rail on the underside. It doesn't look much like a G2 to me. It's either being misrepresented or the seller is badly misinformed. |

Yes, definitely not a G2, no cross shaft formed to body offset, no raise helper and changer design different... Not a "Royal Precision" too but a pre RP (around 91/94). _________________ Mullen G2 SD10/Schild SD10/Nash400/lemay mod/Emminence neo speaker/Brad Sarno "tonic preamp"/Strymon bluesky/Telonics volume/Tonealigner pickup/ http://www.pedalsteel.fr |

It has straight shafts, it is a SD-10. It looks more like a pre-RP. _________________ Rittenberry SD 12 Lacquer, Rittenberry SD 12, Mullen G2 Del Mullen Signature SD-12, "Fox Vintage Amp and vintage reverb",Steel Mixer, "BJS Bars" , Sanberg 7 string bass, Fender tele-#4,Strats-#1,Fender V USA bass#2 Gibson 335, etc, etc, 1 fully staffed and equip veterinary hospital, plus 5 Yorkies, and a tolerate 100 pound Rottweiler. |

Del's right . It has straight cross-shafts. It is either a Pre Rp or early RP _________________ Daniel J. Cormier

This is much earlier than a 1998 model since it has silver fingers on the changer. A 1998 would have had dark anodized fingers. It is over-priced for what it is in my opinion at least by the price range I sell used Mullen guitars for that are this old. Just my opinion.

Herby, would it not have (G2) in the serial number if it was a G2? I know that my Pre G2 has PG2--- in the SN. _________________ Mullen (Black) Pre G-2 9x7, B.L. 705 PUP's, Evans SE 200 Telonics NEO 15-4, BJS Bar, Peterson Strobo Flip, Steelers Choice Seat, Folgers Coffee and Hilton Pedals.
