Mullen Royal Precision split tuners?

Does the Mullen Royal Precision (SD-10) come with split tuners or is this an option up-grade? Also, other than the "bent" cross rods, what is the difference and/or advantage from the Royal Precision vs. the G2 model vs. the HWP Model?
