I am posting this for a friend of mine. His name is Tori, and he lives in Sanger, Texas.

Carter Starter Pedal Steel Guitar.. features..... 3 floor pedals 4 knee levers E9th Nashville tuning All-pull changer system Accurate mechanism End-plate tuning Special pickup designed exclusively for the Carter-Starter, Maple cabinet and a hard shell case. The color is Black. Not sure how old it is. The serial number might help you figure that out.
