I have been messing around with my George L five-sound pickup, and think that I have found a way to wire it in parallel.
The wiring diagram that came with the pickup does not show this way of wiring it up.

It certainly sounds like it is in parallel, as it is quite clear, very similar to the single coil sound, with very little hum.

I have wired it as follows:

White 'A' and red 'B' to ground

White 'B' and red 'A' to hot.

I could have used black A and B wires instead of red, to get a bit more signal out of the pickup.

Is it in parallel, or am I confusing myself ?
