The D140F is sold, still have the other but might as well close this up as there seems to be no interest. The K140 has an unusual repair on the the back of the magnet cover. I can only guess that the original vented back cover was dented and someone replaced it with the mesh screen you see here (look at my K110 for sale separately to see what the back cover should look like). A little ugly but it works (probably you could find another plate to put over it but I wouldn't bother). Both speakers work with no issues, the cones are not torn and the metal dust caps are not dented. While these were designed and sold as bass speakers, I know some of you use these for pedal steel. Offered for $125 for the D140F INCLUDING Fedex ground shipping, $100 for the K140 including shipping in the continental US (and since these weigh close to 20 lbs packed, shipping is not cheap). I will have some new boxes by Monday. Paypal OK and I won't add fees, or money order is fine too, actually better for me if not too inconvenient.
