The past 2 weeks we've worked on an arrangement for "Coconut Grove" and John has provided some GREAT input as to harmony, bar technique, phrasing, soloing concepts etc. Just GREAT stuff ! The TablEdit file is available for anyone that may want it. Just PM or email me... Better yet, SIGN UP FOR LESSONS ! _________________ http://soundcloud.com/mitchc-1

I am also a student of John's via Skype.. get a good HD camera (Best Buy had a 720P on sale for $39) and some good lighting so he can see your hands.. Faster is better for the internet connection.. then rock and roll.
John has a very easy manner and is truly interested in making you a better steel player. I'm hooked! (and also highly recommend John) |

I'm still working on stuff that John showed me in the early 90s. He's a terrific steel guitarist, excellent, insightful teacher and a heck of a nice guy! |
