Among the CDs I picked up at St. Louis is "Rancho Rhythm Roundup" by Herb Steiner. If you enjoy western swing and C6 playing as much as I do, then treat yourself to this CD. Herb is a great player and has wonderful back up players on this CD. I especially like the nice twin work with Rick McRae, one of my favorite guitarists.
Way to go Herb.

You are SO right Roger.....I bought that C D in '03 and it's the one that gets borrowed the most, kept the longest...the Herbster can play and can assemble the right pickers for the session.

Absolutely a great CD, one of many of Herb's that everyone should have in his or hers collection. My buddy the "Herbster" knows what it's all about when it comes to swing. .....WOW.....

Herb has some excellent stuff out on C6th, tabs and the whole nine yards! He ranks up there with the best.
