Someone just e-mailed me and said the guitar body looks bowed. This is barrel distortion from the wide angle lens I used to shot the photos. The guitar is not bowed.

I had to shoot inside do to the rain here and thus had to use a really wide lens. I will re-shot the pictures and edit the posting. When it stops raining.

This is still the winner of the best looking steel on the Forum. I have been watching it for years and it just keeps looking prettier.
This one could be "the last one" that anybody needs.

What a deal Marv! If I needed another guitar right now - it'd be this one! A real great price on this.

My Desert Rose SD-10 of similar look/age plays and sounds great. I have the E-66 PU and can only imagine how the BL sounds on the top neck. My sound is sort of between a Sho-Bud and a ZB, (2 of my favorite classic brands).

Whoa!

Very Happy Marvin,
Is that one shown on Chuck's Webb Site? I seem to remember that one from somewhere. Beautiful!

As far as I know it was not on the web site, at least recently, as I have never seen it there. Maybe Chuck will jump in with the answer.

Powerball is tonight. If I win I'm gonna buy this one. Also, glad to see that you are feeling better and posting like a champ Stu. Prayers and well wishes for a speedy recovery.

Very Happy Stu,
I knew I had seen that guitar somewhere before, I think I originally saw it when Chuck was showing me his book of Desert Rose guitars when he was my neighbor. Really beautiful.
