Chuck, a few months ago I sent an LDG to England by UPS. It was $554.57 from Dyersburg, TN.
There's Custom's paperwork to go with that too!!!
Never again!!!

shipping abroad is no big deal - it's really not that difficult nor time consuming
first factor is the weight : if it's within the limit according to the country it's being sent too, USPS ( postal ) is the cheapest & reliable way to go
otherwise bax global is 2nd in line in my book but one must have an account w: them - the receiver has to pick up the goods at the airport
3rd in line : FedEx, DHL
buyer deals w: the customs duties on reception of the goods NOT the seller
shipper does'nt have to fork out any $$$ on customs only shipping costs

Chuck, try this one which incorporated Bax Global.

As Bax Global, it beat UPS, FED-EX, and others for speed, careful shipping and cost. by a wide margin. I shipped a few things to Europe from the USA. stevet |
