Hey Wendell;the Siloam Springs Steel Guitar Club will be having a Saturday-Nite Steel Guitar Jamboree on the 25th of September at the Arkansas Baptist Assembly campus in Siloam Springs Arkansas.Siloam is located on the Oklahoma state line,a little over an hour east of you on US412.Admission is free.Come enjoy our effort if you can make it.
Also the Kansas Steel Guitar Association is having their annual convention on October 1st thru the 3rd in Baxter Springs Kansas. That's just an hour east of Tulsa on Interstate 40 toward Joplin.Their admission is free as well.
Also the SSSGC will have another Saturday-Nite Jamboree on November the 13th and February 5th.Same time, same place. There is a lot of steel guitar activity in this region.I hope to meet you sometime.I just wish old Freddie Justice lived a little closer. You'd like him. He's a good old boy.
