Extra rod clamps for MSA Sidekick

Thanks to a friend's help (thanks Paul!!) we finally got my MSA sidekick working properly. In the process we found that I'm missing one of the little set-screw/clamps that attaches the rod to the crank and acts as an axle. Does anyone know where I can get another one of those?
