Paul, that looks like Allyn Love. He lives in the Raleigh NC area and plays with a number of groups locally. I think he went out to do some shows with Steve recently too, though he's not playing with him full-time anymore. Allyn's a very cool guy and an incredible steel player.

Allyn was seen playin' steel and dobro in Steve's video "Domino Theory Of Love". In the video, he's playin' a rosewood Emmons D-10, in addition to dobro. I've heard that Tommy White's been doin' some shows with Steve too.
