It's a 9 on a scale of 10 (10 being new). There are a couple of extremely minor nicks which in no way affect the functionality of the bar. It measures 2 3/4" in length. New they retail for at least $20. I have the original tube it came in but not the cap for it. There is a small chip missing from the tube but it does hold the bar just fine. I'm asking $12 and I'll pay shipping. I can only ship to the Continental US. Please contact me if you have need additional info.
