Ringo's "Beaucoups of Blues" isn't a very good album, but the 1995 CD reissue has two jamming bonus tracks that are better than the rest of album: "Cootchy Cootchy" and "Nashville Jam". There's no dobro credit, but the album lists both Pete Drake and Ben Keith on pedal steel.

The dobro on "Cootchy Cootchy" is really hot! Anyone know who it is?

It's Ben Keith; he's played some really nice dobro over the years which tends to get kind of overlooked...

IMHO a much better album from the same era (in terms of singing and material) with some great Ben Keith dobro is "Mother Earth Presents: Tracy Nelson Country", also produced by Pete Drake (along with Scotty Moore, who briefly came out of "retirement" to play some guitar on the album). It's also got some of my favorite Pete Drake playing ever, simple and tasteful with great (and very distinctive) tone.
