Evans Repair Help

I have an Evans Amp that I use for practice and it just cuts in-and-out with no explanation. I've talked to a few people and was told to take the daughter cards off, spray the area with contact cleaner and reverse... this did not correct the problem. Any help? Who repairs Evans??
