Serial number 1C228 shows to be a white single 12 which left the factory with 3 pedals and 3 knee levers. The original owner was a lady named Teresa Cash that went by the name of "Bubbles" Cash, who at one time achieved a lot of notoriety in this part of the country.

The date of completion was not entered into record, however I believe it was made in early 1974.

Teresa "Bubbles" had a lot of class. She also had her own Blues Band for after hours in the Dallas Fort Worth Metro. After she sold Top Cash I believe she moved to Fort Worth. Haven't seen her in decades. One hell of an entertainer. I'm not certain she ever worked for Jack Ruby at the Carousel but I do know she "almost replaced" Candy Barr at Abe Weinstein's Colony Club. BTW Ruby's Carousel was just next door to the Colony Club. Reece can probably fill in more that I've forgotten.
