After careful thought and much deliberation, my husband has decided to sell his steel guitar and equipment. I purchased this beautiful guitar a year ago from fellow forum member Lynn Stafford. The guitar is immaculate, has wonderful tone, very nominal blemishes, and is ready for a new home. My husband, due to work and other obligations, is not able to devote the time and effort he would like to playing the steel guitar.

Since purchasing this guitar, it has been kept in our very clean and non-smoking home. It has only been taken out of our home on one occasion and that was when it was played at our church. It is setup Emmons tuning with 8 floor pedals and 5 knee levers. The 5th is on the left knee and raises the 7th string a full step. The guitar comes with case.

$3250.00 plus shipping.

If you wish to contact us, my cell phone number is (205) 420-8055. My husband's number is (205) 616-1019. Email address is avi8tormkp@aol.com. I also have more pictures, so if you're interested in seeing more, please email me at mnsspate@aol.com.

Nicole,

I'm sorry that you and Mike have decided to sell the Emmons I sold you. It was built in 1975, serial number 2167 D. If anyone that's interested in buying it would like to know more about it, please feel free to contact me. This is a great sounding and playing guitar that's in very clean condition!

Nicole, I seem to remember that the 5th lever raises the 7th string to G and lowers the 5th string to Ab, unless Mike changed it.

Here are a few more photos of it that I took before I shipped it to these folks.

Thanks for the extra photos, Lynn. Mike was very sad to list it on here, but after he played it at a church service (that didn't go as planned) he put it in the case and put it in the closet. He got it out the other day and he just wasn't into anymore.

I'm not sure what he did to the strings. You may be right though.

Are those newer pedals on the guitar? The don't look like the ones on my '75. Nice axe!
