| I am new to Band in a Box,and not real good on computers. Can someone tell me how when you get the shared songs/styles sent via e-mail how do you get them in Band in Band in a Box and do they just wind up in your song list so you can click on them and play like the ones you do yourself or that came with Band in a BOX? |

If you are talking about the zipped files that Andy and others have offered, you will need a program like WinZip to extract the songs into a directory. You could make a directory on your harddrive (C) named whatever and put the songs in there. Going to that directory and double clicking on a song title would open it in BIAB or you could open it from the File - Open in the BIAB program itself.
If somebody emails you a style, it has to be put in the main BIAB directory on your "C" drive, which by default is called "BB". You then have to renew your style list and the new style will probably show up under "Other Styles Found". To re-build your style list, click on the word Style, just to the left of the song title bar, then in the box that opens, click on "Re-build".
