Thanks Blake
We have been out in Texas listening to some great steel pickin'.
I should have logged on and made a post but was just to busy eatin' and listenin'.
We met a couple from England at DFW airport this morning that plan on attending our jam Tuesday evening. Let's show them a good time.
Don Fulmer will bring Carol Hiddy. They pick mighty fine!
Come on out and enjoy pickin' or listenin'.

It was good to see you Dave as well.
I'd say we had about 10 members that I know of from the Florida Clubs there.

Thanks to all the pickers!!
Phil Bender, Blake Hawkins, Clayton Lyons, Larry Lorows, Tom Chaffin, John King and Steve Cutler.
This was Steve's first time; hope it's not the last. He sang a tune also.
Special guests Joe (on bass) and Rita Flores sang a couple of tunes. Norm (guitar) and Mary gave us a vocal before we ran out of time.
A new record has been set for distance traveled to our jam!!! Pete and Anny (we met at DFW airport) from across the pond (that's England) attended. I (Clyde)spent a while chating with them. Great couple. He plays a Sierra universal at home. Just a little to much to bring to the Colonies. Hope to see them again!
Danny, you must have rushed home and posted. I stayed at Tom's viewing the raw video and came home to report and found out you beat me to it. I don't feel so bad about ignoring you and spending my free time talking to Patricia.
Hope everybody enjoyed the evening as much as I did.
See what you missed Dave (& the bartender) & Nick. Great, great picture, Nick.
Thanks again to ALL!
Clyde and ole what's his name--Oh yes, Tom |

I forgot to mention Skip Ellis on lead guitar and George Basley on drums. John King played bass for a while also. Sorry and thanks.
Pete and Anny I lost your e-mail address. If you see this please send me an e-mail at my e-mail address on our web-site.
Thanks to all for a good turn out.
