This is the video featuring the life and times of Uncle Ronald Kanahele. "Moana Chimes" was the theme. Acknowledgements and appreciation to Carmel, Lanet, and all who helped produce it. This video will be featured at the Hawaii Music Awards Lifetime Achievement Awards on 11 April 2011. Uncle Ronald could not be around to receive it before he left Planet Earth inspite of our best efforts, but we are sure he knows we tried.

This announcement comes from Lanet Abrigo.

Aloha,

Uncle Ronald Kanahele passed in peace at our home on March 9th, 2011. We were extremely blessed and honored to have the privilege of caring for him in his last days on this earth. He wants us all to remember him as he was, filled with music and aloha, as he joins the big kanikapila in the sky.

Uncle Ronald's family is raising funds for his services. If you would like to make a contribution, please send donations to his sister, Laverne Kanahele P.O. Box 461, Aiea, HI 96701. For other than monetary donations, you may call her at (808) 218-3229.

Always With Aloha,
Lanet and the Abrigo 'Ohana
