| Thanks to those who attended. The players : Jody Sanders-D-10 Pedalmaster. The Band : Billy Phelps-Guitar, Patty Phelps-Bass, and Rusty Rutledge- Drums. Vocals: Patty Phelps and Bill Helms. Jody demonstrated a pass chord and a 7th chord run.and played some older country classics. There will not be a meeting in July or August. The next meeting will be in Sept. Have a great summer and we will see you in Sept. Jody,Billy, and Patty. |

| Jody, Billy, & Patti. Many thanks for conducting these club meetings. Thanks too to Bobby Bowman and Jody Cameron for their unselfish appearances. I have made all but one and it's a great inspiration to the novice and the advanced player. You have developed a model club that folks in other areas can follow. In fact several others have formed, like what Charles Tilley & Co are doing in Tyler. Many thanks and let's keep it going. |

Jim,
I do appreciate the kind words about East Texas SGA. I am but a cog in a big wheel turning here in Tyler, Texas. There's no way that one person can do what needs to be done in an organization like this and we have some great folks working hard. Our meetings are the third Sunday every month.
This month is an open stage in Tyler so pack up and get movin'.
August is gonna be special. We have Jody Sanders and Jody Cameron both with us that Sunday. TWO JODY'S ???????? How can you top that? We are lookin' forward to their coming.
Keep the bar slidin' in Houston area guys.

Thanks Jody, Billy and Patty for all the kindness you and everyone has shown to a new comer to Texas. I really enjoy the meetings and I'll be lost July & August. I can't wait until September.
