I'm not sure if this is a U-45B or a U-60A, or if there's actually a difference between those two models, or if anyone is a big enough Univox fan to care.
Whatever this is, it has a Jensen C12S from the 48th week of 1968. It uses a 12AX7, a 6X4 rectifier and push-pull 6BM8s. Despite the 12" speaker and push-pull circuit, it's barely as loud as the average Champ (that's normal for this model; I've owned several) and it breaks up nicely when pushed. The tone is sort of a Marshall/Vox mix, but a bit less refined than either.
The amp appears to be all original except for one knob. It has a 2-prong power cord. There's a little oxidation on the metal hardware, but nothing terrible; overall, the amp is pretty clean. Electrically it's fine; the pots are slightly scratchy, but only slightly. The tremolo works fine - in my experience, a rare thing on Univoxes. I don't know if the amp has ever been serviced, but it sounds fine - no hum or other odd noise.
It will set you back only a pittance: $300 Paypalled/shipped for a darn good recording amp.
A quick FYI: you'll probably get a quicker reply sending me a PM than an email, since my email is blocked at work.
