Jonathan,
I wrote the first half in standard notation and the 2nd half was in a sort of timed note pallet improv system.

hey

i dont anything about "timed note pallet improv system."

but i do know that pitches outside of a 12 pitch/western system are treasured by contemporary "serious" music composers.

if you can write that stuff you will get heard by a whole different audience.

also, its way cool to hear steel with orchestra instruments.
