I've been working on this keyless SD-10 for four or five years now. Between a new family and three careers, it's ground to a halt.

I need a new work truck more than I need a project right now.

There's enough here to build a stunning keyless single plus more parts.

Reckon I have about $1,200 in it so far. $800obo for the whole lot.

I'm gonna try to sell the whole package before I part it out, thanks...

Here's the body, ends, and neck. Super flamey, huh?!
(These legs not included, but there are legs with the kit):

Fourteen, 14-hole Emmons bellcranks:

MSA two-hole changer

JCH? (I was told JCH by the guy I got them from, but I'm not sure. Very nice pieces, though) Changer parts:

6061 stock for all the undercarriage parts:

Nylon and bronze cross shaft bushings:

One of seven mic stands:

Four threaded leg inserts:

Four Emmons pedals:

Four knee levers:

Emmons SKH pedal bar and clamps:

Fretboard:

Stainless pullrods:

Misc. cross shaft bits:

Keyless end:

Beginnings of brass rollers:

Rough sketch of keyless mechanism (I'll include my scale drawings with the keyhead):

Extras --

Polished 10 string keyhead:

MSA keyhead with tuners:

Two ShoBud necks:

I've got my eye on this, Bill, but I have to get my Marlen back together first.

Do you happen to remember where you got the crossrod bushings? Particularly the nylon ones?

Had a bunch of emails about this but no takers yet.

I am willing to entertain interesting trades plus cash.

I'd like to get this outta the workshop asap. First reasonable offer gets it.

Thanks my good steel playing friends.

Yeah, I made the body short to match the keyless head. Not enough room on there for a standard keyhead unfortunately.

Lemme know if you want to step on over to the wild side!
