Karen,
Im a fan of Brad and especially his current steel player Randle Currie, though Im not sure if he recorded this.

Didnt tab the whole solo, but the beginning is always a good place to start.

The beginning of the solo is an ascending 6th double stop starting on a slide up to fret 10 from fret 9 primarily using strings 3 and 5.

On licks like these, I usually tend to use Pedals B and C as in the first example. Since the minor note on 4 is in key, if you hit string 4 by mistake it still sounds good. Plus, its used right before the switch from BC to AB at the end of the example.

The second version is exact same notes, but just using A and B.
The C pedal move is replaced by a slide from 12 to 10 instead.

Hope this helps.

My ears aint what they used to be. Embarassed
My simplified version started on fret 10 but didnt involve the 6th string and went to fret 12 instead of 13.
My tab and playing skills are limited for sure, but I was just trying cover the basics for starters on this one.
Thanks for these insights!

The beginning of the solo is very similar to the intro and does indeed use strings 3, 5 and 6 just as Joachim posted.

Im learning a lot by studying these breaks!
It sounds like he is lowering 6 a whole tone on a lever before descending at the end of this part.
Aint this place cool!? Cool

I think Randle gave me the tab for that one time , if I can find it I will post it, all though it might just be the intro. I will take a look,

This is interesting. I have been trying to reproduce the intro, middle, and ending rif in "Take Your Memory When You Go" (Vince Gill). Maybe this will help me, or does anyone have these tabs?

Kenny,

Sorry, the forum does not accept pdf format upload.

The tab I posted is almost identical to Joachims.
His is posted in text format which you may copy and paste.
