Emmons PP Serial Number Matrix

Does anyone have a PDF copy of the Emmons push-pull serial number/year matrix that used to be available on the old Carter web site? It does not seem to exist on the new site and I'm afraid I never printed one out for myself. I realize that it was not perfectly accurate but it was sure handy to have as a general guide as to approximate year these guitars were built.

Please let me know via email if you can provide me with a PDF copy of that matrix.
