Bob you can close this, I decided to keep this baby , tomorrow I'm taking it to Bobbe at SGN and have him go through it, add 2 more pedals and set it up to universal tuning...thanks

I don't either on my MSA's but this tuning still works fine and you can play a standard Emmons D-10 quite comfortably as well. You can eliminate the 4th pedal and go 7 & 5. Sometimes the E lever lock is a nusance as you may want to release the E lever as you play. Univeral E9/B6th is a gas, so versatile, enjoy! _________________ Dave O'Brien

thanks everyone for your help, I will set this guitar up as U-12 with 6+5, now the only thing I need before doing that is a...tuner LOL
