Finger Picks

Help I need finger picks large with longer bands or
larger picks if they are made. I have developed swollen joints on some fingers especially the first finger . bands will not fit behind cuticle.Does anyone know of manufactures or someone that specializes with this.I'm sure there must be some players with really big fingers out there that play pedal steel. We need help

If I'm not mistaken, I believe Dunlop makes their picks in small, medium and large sizes.
