They will be backing up Trey Young. It Starts February 12 at 9:00 PM.It is located at 2491 U.S.70 Business East, Becky's Log Cabin Restaurant. If you eat it is $5.00 each for the Show and if you don't want to eat it will be $10.00 each for the Show. From what I have heard Trey does a great job of singing and the band is good old Classic Country.

Hi Sam, I wish I could come and bring my family. It is very nice of East Becky`s Log Cabin Restaurant to offer a meal for $5.00 or $10.00 for no food.

Manny I guess I did not say it right so I will correct it so you will understand it better. It is not East Becky's Log Cabin Restaurant. It is U.S 70 Business East. It is Becky's Log Cabin Restaurant. Thanks for correcting me.

Thanks Sam for the plug. Yes I think it will prove to be a good show. We have been working with Trey Young for a while now and it is a pleasurable experience. While I am at it...I would like to introduce you to the guys in the band and I assure you that each of them are big on steel guitar and other than me...two of the other band members are also steel players. Bill Lamm, one of the best bass players I have ever played with. David Evans on lead and also plays steel. Jim Underwood, great fiddler and lead and he also plays steel. And one of the best drummers out there....Jimmy Mathews. Yours truly on steel. My wife recently asked me if these guys were any good. I had to tell her that I felt like I was dreaming because of the great talent these guys have and how much fun I am having. We have been working pretty steady and that's also a good thing. We are planning some really cool events this spring and fall and hope to see some of you at some of our shows. Thanks again Sam for the plug and we'll see you after the show Saturday night for sure. By the way folks, the Log Cabin Restaurant is not just a restaurant...it's much more.

Thank you very much Ray I can not think of a better guy to plug for. You just amaze me the way you are playing Steel Guitar. I need to get a lot more practice.Think I really need some lessons that I can understand. By watching you' you showing me licks'and listening to you I have picked up a lot.I do notice that I seem to be getting better at it.Anna and I will be taking the fliers with us Tuesday night at W.L.'s Ranch to the music and we will have Louis announce it and also I will announce it at the Golden Pawn Weds.night.We will try to pack The Log Cabin Restaurant.

What a great night at Becky's Log Cabin Restraunt in Smithfild N.C.. The Band and Trey Young were fantastic.Ray Walker done a Excellent job of playing his Rains steel guitar and did a super Job of singing Merle Haggard Songs. If you turned and did not see who was singing you would think it was Merle Haggard singing.Trey Young did a Fantastic job of singing. Some of the Steel players that came to hear the band was Clyde Maddocks.Jack Palmer,Bob Cookson, and two to three more that I did not know and Myself.Hopefully they will be playing twice a month from what I heard Becky saying to people. Also on hand was Duke & Carol Tony,& Sally and the Bass Player in Duke's Band Southern Drawl. It was a joyful night with one of the best band I have heard down he in N.C. yet.

Thanks Sam. I appreciate you and Anna a great deal. The show went off very well and the turnout was great. Yepper there were a bunch of steel players there and I appreciate yours and their support. This is the first "show" I have done with Trey Young and I enjoyed every aspect of it....even the rehearsals. I hope we will be able to more of these shows in the future. God bless and thanks to all who came out to support us.
