It has been a tough winter so far, but Things are looking up. We are going to have a JAM on 19 Feb. We start at 10am and go until 3pm.

The location is the Country Music Hall Of Fame, 3925 SE 29th Street in Del City, on the east side of OKC. If you need more info, call me at (405) 424-1592.

Hi lorraine, thanks for letting us know that you will be in town with Curt. Hopefully we might see the both of you. Perhaps you have been on the Opry, however, if not you are in for a treat!! Curt, there will be a guitar that you can play.

Other goooood news is that our beloved Ernie Dunlop will be back with us after his long fight with an illness that will make you think of Job. Earnie will be playing his steel and I feel this will be a testimony you will not want to miss of how a person can relearn an instrument and if you have deep faith and many people in prayer how our Lord will respond.

Wayne, Thanks for your post, and I also am happy to welcome Ernie back with us.

I want to thank you Wayne for your success with the Tulsa Club.

Most of you know that Wayne was one of our pickers, but now has moved on up to the east side. We miss you, and we miss that smooooooooth playing.

Fantastic JAM today. Thanks to a special crew (the band), and the pro pickers (Ken Collins, Ernie Dunlap, Ron Stanley, Jerry Adams, Dickey Dewey), and our guest from Kansas, Curt Shomaker, and singer Lorraine Worth. Also special thanks to Lorren, Calvin, and Marvin for supporting and encouraging our effort to keep on keeping on.

Well Leroy, we are not letting you off the list of pro pickers! Yes, it was an oustanding jam our band is great and we keep getting those outside drop in's which we appreciate. Curt you and Lorraine are welcome back any time you are in our area.

Ernie, it was a treat to see you again and how well you are recovering from your long illness. Your playing was very good

Mr. Collins may not be back after he found out that I did not know how to re-lid a coffee mug!!! Ken, you are always an inspiration to me and want you to be part of us all you can be. Just a great time!.

It was great seeing all you guys again. Sorry for the short time we had, however, thanks for letting us join in for a few songs. You have a great thing going, plus it's easy to see all the friendship, and great fun you have. I hope to get back soon.

It was so nice to meet all of you and join in on the fun! It was an honor to sing among so many steel guitarists. There is nothing like the camaraderie I witness at steel guitar jams/conventions!

My best to each of you, and I hope to see you again soon!
