Again, I hope to see many of you there as this is going to be another great show. Of course, this is the best time of the year to be coming to Florida.

Correction to the flyer. The Florida Steel Guitar club is listed as "John, Jack, John" but it should be "Jack (Dougherty), Jack (Stoner) and John (King)". |

Would Hwy 92W have a street name? I tried to put it in my GPS and it said address not found. We're leaving here tonight so I need a quick response. Thanks. _________________ Zumsteel steel guitars, Telonics and Peavey amplifiers, GHS strings. |

Mike, it's US92, if that will help. I don't see a name for the road in that area.
I assume you will be coming down I75. Go I75 to I4, take I4 east to Exit 41 which will be SR570 (Polk Parkway - toll road). Go south on SR570 to US 92 which will be Exit 17. Go east on US92 and the Market World is just east of SR570. From what Haywood told me you will have to go east past the Market World to the first chance you have to make a U turn and then go back. Talking to Haywood on the phone last week, the place where the show will be is just inside the gate to the right. There is a stage door on the side.
See you Sunday.

I just want a street address that will work in my GPS. The address where Teresa and I will be staying while there went in fine. I guess I'll get directions from there after I get there. Like I said in the original post, US92 doesn't register on my GPS. I just thought that road would also have a name. Kind of like, 31W here is Louisville Highway. _________________ Zumsteel steel guitars, Telonics and Peavey amplifiers, GHS strings. |

All the maps I've looked at do not have a name for that highway, in that area, but that's not uncommon here in Florida. Some do and some do not.
The web site for the flea market may help as it has it's location.

Thanks Jack. Nothing new there. I'm going to our lodging first. I'll get directions from there. _________________ Zumsteel steel guitars, Telonics and Peavey amplifiers, GHS strings. |

Mike
On the MapQuest site Hyway US92 is called Auburndale Hyway which becomes Magnolia Ave as you head east into Auburndale.
See you Sunday.
