Thank you to all that attended. We had 13 steels at the February jam. Audience was SRO last evening with 98 people attending (as close as we could count).
Jerry Isaacs, "The Chicken Man" from Kentucky and his comic chicken routine was a nice break and judging from the response from the audience that never saw his act it went over well.
Don't forget the club fundraising show on Feb 24th, at Catfish Johnny's from 7 to 9 PM.
Also, the Haywood Henson Steel show in Auburndale this weekend. The club's spot on the show will be Sunday. |

As an oversight, I forgot that Fred Thompson will be on the Saturday night show at Auburndale. |

Fred is a super player and a very smooth player.
You will enjoy his playing as I do at our FSG club jams each month during the winter season.

Thanks for the kind words, guys.
Jerry Isaacs did his "chicken song" today at our weekly jam here at Blueberry Hill RV. I laughed til the tears rolled down my cheeks. What a delight he is!! We had a 'mini' steel jam with Nick Reed, George O'Neal, and myself. We closed with our 'world-famous' version of "Steel Guitar Rag" Life is good.
