C'mon, admit it! You were day dreaming about that cute girl in the third row while your high school English teacher was covering Chaucer. Now's your chance to ace the make-up test!

Can't see the video because I'm on a new Macbook Air and it doesn't come installed with Flash since flash lobs off about 2 hours of battery life apparently, but....

I am one of those weird people who reads Chaucer for pleasure. Once you become accustom to Middle English usage and vocabulary, Chaucer is great fun to read and clearly one of the best writers the english language has ever produced. I remember being in a doctor's office once waiting for the doctor and reading Chaucer. Doctor came in and couldn't believe I was reading it for fun.

I read them all avidly at about age 17. I should revisit 'em.

Hi Guys,
I'm an ex-high school English teacher, and I always enjoyed teaching the Canterbury Tales. Of course, the usual favorite was the Miller and his tail(!). I sent a link of that video to the English Lit. team, and they loved it-me too!
