Thanks Bobby for posting this. We have been asked and are willing to once again offer a trial subscription to our steel guitar conference room. The normal subscription to our site is $96 per year. However, although we don’t normally offer a monthly price, we will be offering an $8 subscription for one month to try the site and see if it’s what you want. You would need to go to our site at www.isgcc.com and click on “member services” and fill out an application. I will then review your membership form and approve you for a 30 day period. Now ….we have tried this before so please let me make this part clear. Prior to filling out the membership application you must …send via PayPal …the $8 fee and it MUST BE RECEIVED prior to even considering your application. Any application received without first sending in the fee, will be automatically rejected. I am not trying to be mean-spirited, but as I said earlier, we have tried this before and the message doesn’t seem to be clear. We are a fee based site and while we have lots of fun and lots of interaction with each other….it is a fee based site. The fees go towards our costs of operating the site. You will meet other Steelers there, some you may already know and many you don’t. From time to time we offer events like this one tonight. Mike “Cookie” Jones will be ready and willing to answer your questions, share some licks and give you some good playing. We are in the process of starting our new schedule of events for the year 2011 and we welcome all players who want to join in the fun and leave the flames and bad behavior outside of the room…..because it’s a FUN PLACE TO BE.

Thanks

Ray Walker and Don Poland

It was a marvelous night of stories, playing, and teaching by one of the PREMIER players in the country. Thanks so much Mike for spending time in the chatroom with us.
