It's Lisa Spears. Her dad is Kansas Music Hall of Fame member and fiddler Billy Spears. Not sure how to contact her. I played a few shows with Billy many years ago but haven't heard much about him in ages.

Lisa's first performance at the ISGC was fantastic. She played a very fast version of "Red Skin Rag" on an early Sho-Bud guitar.  |
