After careful consideration I decided this had serious steel guitar content and didn't belong in the "Music" section. Smile

Randy,

It's disappointing that the "crew" at the recording studio didn't settle for more realistic terminology in the words of the "song". Modifying the dedication to country music would have been the way to go. To put it plainly, the words will in fact produce the opposite intended effect of the "catchy" tune. By and large, most ridge runners will scamper into the tall timber.

Great 'tongue- in - cheek' stab at country music.
Love the humor portrayed by the piano fills ! Overall a great production.

Now THAT'S funny! I love the well-timed sound of the knife coming out of its scabbard, and the line, "That's how impotent it is to me."

What a hoot!

Thanks, Randy! Smile

Hey Randy,

Thanks, I enjoyed this! I think you guys should do this on Letterman or better yet the CMA awards show.

Hey Randy,
Any more of those kind of clips ? ......
Good to laugh at ourselves, and not to always take life so seriously. Pure fun......
(pity some guys didn't even hear the 'woosh....")

The B side of the record could be Genital On My Mind.

I've had a copy of this for several years. It's one of the funniest things I've ever heard. Especially the sharpening of the blade sound.
