Here is a little something I ginned up on my back up computer. Notice the use of the 7th string on this one.
This starts in the 4 chord and ends on the 5 chord, Key of "C", can be to resolved to the 1.

Dick, when you pick this phrase, I'm assuming you are using fingers 1 & 2 when strings 4 & 5 are being picked together .
Which fingers are you using on string 6 and then strings 5 & 6 together as on the upbeat 1 downbeat of 2 AND upbeat of 3 and downbeat of 4? I'm assuming all notes are 8th notes here. Thanks, stevet

Hi Steve,
The way I do that, is as you say, the two strings picked together are picked with 1st and 2nd fingers the note picked alone is picked using the thumb. It is ka chunk sounding, if that makes sense. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, I'll add the picking pattern to the tab. |

Dick, thanks, a lot, I thought that was what you are doing! Very nice phrase indeed. No need to add it to the tab; you've just explained it. stevet |
