Hilton and matching box

I am thinking of upgrading to a Hilton volume pedal. Because these work differently, is it still beneficial to use an impedance matching box, or does it negate the need for one?

In short, no benefit as the Hilton pedal has a buffer it built in. Couple discussions from previous:

Dave, the Hilton pedal is a great way to upgrade.
No more noise, and no more pots or strings to change.
I have 2 of them and they're the best I've ever had.

Thanks for posting those links. It's food for thought, and interesting to see differing opinions. It does overall seem to be the way to go.
