Beginners Notes #165-Two Ways To Skin A Cat!

Don’t You Ever Get Tired of Hurting Me Intro-- in “G”

This first tab is what I would consider the norm or what you normally hear. It’s very pretty,
but not with many bells and whistles. It just gets the job done and gets the singer into the song.

This second tab is what I think of as the Harmony Part to the first tab, more or less. In my mind,
I think of it as the third above. That may not be musically correct, but it is just my way of thinking
about it. It is somewhat out of the norm and interesting, for both the player and the listener.
Depending on the singer your working with, this could throw them the first time they hear it
and try to get into the song.

Play both of them and examine the different feels they present. You might like to switch them up or
even play one as an intro and the other as the turnaround/break.

You could use the ending run in the first tab as the ending of the second tab. Play with it!
