I went with a friend to pick up his steel after Bob Simmons did some work on it. He is quite a guy and did outstanding work on my friends steel. I wish I could have him redo my MSA but not possible right now.
Bob is the man.......... |

Hey, David ... Congratulations, bud! I'm very happy for you with your new Simmons guitar and hoping you have great fun with it ... there's something always thrilling about acquiring a new steel guitar.
David's way of telling me that he'd received his steel was by calling me as soon as he'd set it up. First thing I heard when I answered the phone was steel guitar suddenly coming through my phone. You should have heard the excitement in his voice while he was telling me about his new guitar. It really warmed up his day in the midst of all that snow they were getting at his place.

Thanks guys, I have only been able to get a couple hours in playing this beauty and have already been blown away by the ease of the knees and pedals. Tuning is amazing as it seems there is no change from the time you start playing 'til the time you stop.
Jim I am looking forward to another 'mad scientist' session in the near future..Maybe this time we can get Mickey or Junior to join us and really get to learn from the masters. _________________ WILCOX SD10 (love the white mica)
