Anyone wanting to join the push-pull club can bid on this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290517620552&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123

I emailed the seller asking what the serial number is and his response was "4".

Obviously not in original condition as it has 4 knee levers......but it has wraparound necks.

Looks funny with the logo at the wrong end, doesn't it?

He says he did the cabinet work, so the cabinet (or at least the finish) isn't original. Cool guitar anyway.

I don't think 4 levers is original either......bolt on't in '66 came with 2......think I read somewhere that wraparounds had none out of the factory.

and being sold by a seller with 0 feedback. And the pedals look a bit odd compared to my 2 push/pulls.

The earlier push/pulls had different pedals. Those look original.

There is something definitely wrong with the inlay.
If you look at the pictures, there is inlay on the TOP of the guitar. Whatever cabinet work the seller did on the guitar did NOTHING to enhance its value! Whoa!

The last time I bid on an instrument from a seller with 0 feedback, I got burned. I won the auction and then the seller said they'd changed their mind and decided not to sell it! I'm not saying that this would happen with this one, but I'd steer clear of it!

I feel that instrument's value is as a "parts" guitar. A new, correct cabinet should be made or an old one scoured up and the guitar re-assembled by Mike Cass.

On several of the first generation Emmonses I've owned, the serial number was stamped into the maple on the edge of the cabinet, so there wouldn't necessarily be a stamping on the endplate lip.

Boy, that's unfortunate. I wonder what happened to the original cabinet?
