I'm interested, can you tell me more about the amp? Age, speaker make, condition, etc?
Thanks! |

Do Webb amps run on 240v or would you need a transformer ? |

Tommy,
What are you doing getting rid of that classic amp?
Gettin' to old to haul it around?
Anyone wanting a Webb, this is a good deal, and I'd bet it's been well taken care of by one heck of a picker and a super guy. |

Thanx for the kind words Jeff,
It sure isn't getting any lighter!! Actually I still have the Tom Bradshaw Webb and I've got twins going to college soon.
For those who asked: It is one of the last that Jimmy built and is in VERY nice condition, has a JBL K140 and runs on 110 VAC.
I hope this Holiday season finds another ole "Country Rambler" healthy and happy!
My best to Chris,
Tommy |

I have the very last one made by Jim Webb, and you could not pry it out of my hands for $900. That is about half of what they cost when new. That's a deal! _________________ Zum Steel, Little Walter Amp, Benado Steel Dream

Hi Darrell,
I've never owned a Webb before, but my check went out on Friday for this amp. I'm anxious to try it, since I've played through just about every amp there is. Your comments help make my decision that much easier. Tommy is a wonderful man to talk to by phone. I'm looking forward to meeting him and watching him play some day. Happy New Year (soon) to you all! |

Dennis, congrats on the amp. Tommy is a good guy to deal with. I'm sure you will be happy and he really knows how to pack an amp for shipping. Tommy I'm coming out to Vegas at the end of January. Are you playing anywhere near the strip? |

Dennis...You have just bought a superb steel amp...Probably the very best ever made... Put a lexicon M.P.X one with John Hughey settings in it, and you will be amazed at the wonderful clear sweet sound...Also it seems to work with just about any make of guitar with various pickups....Enjoy Sir |

Thank you all for the great words about this amp. I'm really excited now! A blessed New Year to all my Brothers in the pedal steel community. This is the best fraternal organization I have ever belonged to.
Hats off to BOB for what he has created! |

I just want to tell the Forum what a great guy Tommy is, and how good it has been to make his acquaintance. Believe me, I have never seen an amp better packed than what this Webb was. Tommy thought of everything, and it arrived looking like a new amp. I was blown away with the condition of this amp, simply beautiful. Thanks again, Tommy, for such a smooth transaction. I'm in your debt. |
