I have a beautiful blonde Ibanez banjo, from the "law suit" period in 70's or 80's. Banjo comes with the nice HSC and it is in very nice condition, tone of this instrument is also very good, it's not a Stelling but at the same time it's not gonna cost you 5 grand...LOL

PRICE $1,100.00

this girl is in original condition, I just ordered a Shubb 5th string capo for it, will get a nice strap and couple sets new strings too... it would make a great working horse banjo for someone, possibly me if it doesn't sell....LOL ...

Damir is correct. Anyone who has played one of these knows they are incredible value for the money. I've got one here with me in the PRC. Look at that beady-eyed, bird's eye maple on the resonator. That Gibson lawsuit was taken out for a good reason. stevet

thanks Steven, I almost forgot about this ad..LOL ... I like the banjo a lot and wont mind keeping it even if I get me another Stelling one day (dreams) .... it doesn't sound or look like a Stelling or Hubber but it is a very nice banjo for the money...

Very Happy These are great instruments. I have an IBANEZ Bi Centennial model, Celebrating the 200th anniversary of the United States, designed by One great player from Idaho Falls Idaho by the name of Mike Stanger. Mike was given the job of designing all features, including what wood, inlays and anything pertaining to tone and playability. I know he had the Gibson Master tone as a guide for what he wanted to achieve. Ibanez produced 200 of these units. It has 1776-1976 and the American Eagle on the inlays. Mike has wanted mine for a long time. I Believe Mike was given the number one cereal number by Ibanez for his design work.
