Anyone ever thought about upgrading a guitar by changing the changer. What if you were interested in a Hybrid, but just loved you current guitar? What ramifications are there? What are the damages that might occur if you decided to go with a keyless?

I love keyless guitars. If you convert a key'd guitar to a keyless, you can used the newly gained space at the nut end to place a coaster for your beer Very Happy Very Happy .

No reason not to convert, but you may want to keep the guitar as original as possible. I don't condone major conversions like that.
