That's not Elvis - he never recorded this song. I was taken aback at first, as I knew I'd never heard such up-front steel on any of his tracks over the years. I've looked up the title, though, and it's not him. I bet this is someone copying his style.

Roger, I think your right. I went back to the video and found that the heading read "The Resurection Of Elvis". I apologize for that and will ammend the title and the post. Thanks |

According to comments underneath the video, it's Elvis impersonator Jimmy Ellis...otherwise known as Orion in the business. Had a very successful career until his passing a few years ago.
Pretty convincing though, I can see how anyone would think it's Elvis.
Song is from an album titled The Legend continues or something like that.
No idea who played steel. |
